So excited about being an official photographer for the Ottawa Dressage Festival 2024: On the Road to Paris

I've been one of the two official photographers fro several years now. The other is my collaborator, Geri Porteous www.geriporteous.ca 

It's always a treat to watch the interest and awareness build as organizers promote the event and the all important milestones and deadlines for the riders, the sponsors and vendors and the fans.

After last year's successful 20th Anniversary celebration of the volunteer driven event; It's special again with this being a qualifying event for riders hoping to make the Canadian Equestrian Team going to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

I plan to concentrate a good part of my time with my camera at Wesley Clover Parks on photographing the Rising Stars riders. This group of talented young riders are always fun to watch. Who knows. Maybe a few years down the road one of these riders will be vying for an Olympic berth.

I look forward to seeing you all May 30 through June 2nd, 2024.
